Our Biochoice knife and fork are made of PSM (Plastarch Material) -
a biodegradable resin derived from corn starch. They are sturdy in design
and cost effective enough for disposable application.

PSM consists of more than 80% corn starch, and it can completely return to
nature after being used. With a condition where warm temperature, high moisture
and bacteria are present, PSM product breaks down into smaller pieces and degrades
into the compost completely approx. after 6 weeks.
